Our grandparents bought the Trullo, together with the land that surrounds it, in the early 1900s when they decided to move to the then Masseria Nova (original name of San Michele Salentino), it was inhabited by our family until the 1950s, when they decided to move to the inhabited center that was developing. The trullo was never abandoned, it became the place to rest after a tiring day in the fields and the place to celebrate all together thanks to its large paved square with the original "chianche" and the wood-burning oven that baked bread, "frise" and "focaccia" of all kinds . Thanks to the passion and commitment of Maria today it's possible to live and breathe the flavors and values that have characterized it for over a century. I nostri nonni acquistarono il Trullo, insieme al terreno che lo circonda, agli inizi del '900 quando decisero di trasferirsi nell'allora Masseria Nova (nome originario di San Michele Salentino), la nostra famiglia ha vissuto nel trullo fino agli anni '50, quando decisero di spostarsi nel centro abitato che si stava sviluppando. Il trullo non venne mai abbandonato, diventò il posto dove riposarsi dopo una giornata faticosa nei campi e il luogo dove festeggiare tutti insieme grazie al suo ampio piazzale lastricato con le chianche e il forno a legna che sfornava pane, frise e focacce di ogni tipo. Grazie alla passione e l'impegno di Maria oggi è possibile vivere e respirare ancora i sapori e i valori che lo hanno caratterizzato per oltre un secolo. Unsere Großeltern kauften den Trullo, zusammen mit dem Land, das ihn umgab, Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts, als sie beschlossen, in die damalige Masseria Nova (ursprünglicher Name von San Michele Salentino) zu ziehen, unsere Familie lebte im Trullo bis in die 50er Jahre, als sie beschlossen, in die Siedlung zu ziehen, die sich entwickelte. Der Trullo wurde nie aufgegeben, er wurde der Ort, um sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag auf den Feldern auszuruhen und der Ort, an dem alle zusammen dank seines großen Platzes mit Chianche gepflastert und dem Holzofen, in dem Brot, Friesen und Focacce aller Art gebacken wurden, zu feiern. Dank der Leidenschaft und des Engagements Mariens ist es heute möglich, die Aromen und Werte, die ihn seit über einem Jahrhundert geprägt haben, noch zu erleben und zu atmen.

Nos grands-parents ont acheté le Trullo, ainsi que le terrain qui l'entoure, au début des années 1900 lorsqu'ils ont décidé de déménager à l'époque Masseria Nova (nom original de San Michele Salentino), notre famille a vécu dans le trullo jusqu'aux années 1950, lorsque ils ont décidé de déménager dans la ville qui se développait. Le trullo n'a jamais été abandonné, il est devenu le lieu pour se reposer après une journée fatigante dans les champs et le lieu pour faire la fête tous ensemble grâce à sa grande place pavée avec chianche et le four à bois qui produisait du pain, de la frise et de la focaccia de tous sortes. Grâce à la passion et à l'engagement de Maria, il est désormais possible de vivre et de respirer encore les saveurs et les valeurs qui la caractérisent depuis plus d'un siècle.
